"summary": "US President Donald Trump stated on Monday that he is open to a three-way meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin during his upcoming trip to China next month. Speaking to reporters outside the White House, Trump said the proposed meeting would focus on nuclear weapons and denuclearization, though no specific date or agenda has been finalized. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov previously noted that such discussions would be beneficial, and the Kremlin suggested the leaders could meet on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.\n\nRegarding the conflict in Ukraine, Trump indicated he would pursue talks to end the war regardless of whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is present. Trump also increased his criticism of Zelensky, suggesting that another individual should negotiate for Ukraine. CNBC reports that tensions between Trump and Zelensky have risen in recent weeks.",
