"account": "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 has garnered the highest Steam rating among Call of Duty games in over a decade, boasting a Very Positive rating following early access. With 4,068 total reviews, 3,438 from verified players, the game has earned a 94% positive reception. This marks a stark contrast to recent CoD titles, which have struggled to achieve ratings above 50%. While 2025's Black Ops 7 stands at 38.7%, Modern Warfare III and 2024's Black Ops 6 have ratings of 45.7% and 48.1%, respectively. The only other recent CoD release with a similar high rating is Black Ops III, with 84.3% positive reviews. Activision, facing financial and creative challenges post-Microsoft's acquisition of Activision in 2023, may find this strong reception a welcome relief. The game's multiplayer offerings, including 12 core 6v6 maps and DMZ, a new extraction-shooter mode, are expected to further boost its ratings upon full release on October 23.",
