"summary": "Olivia Rodrigo's music video for her song \"Expectations,\" a remix featuring Chappell Roan, has faced backlash from fans who suspected the use of AI due to animation inconsistencies. This follows a recent interview where Rodrigo stated she has a \"hard line\" against using AI in her music.\n\nTo address these rumors, Rodrigo's official fan account released behind-the-scenes footage. According to Rolling Stone, graphic designer Jack Harrison and the fan account showcased hand-drawn 2D and 3D animations alongside analog treatments. Stereogum reports that the footage includes mock-up illustrations and uses captions to describe the hand-drawn characters, 2D and 3D animation, and analog TV screens used to create the video's retro graphics.",
