"account": "An emergency meeting convened over the Paris Saint-Germain versus Barcelona Champions League match amid violent protests gripping France. Interior Minister Laurent Nuñez confirmed the match would proceed as planned on Tuesday at the Parc des Princes, despite the unrest. The decision came after discussions at the emergency meeting, which considered calling off planned events, but ultimately ruled out suspending the PSG-Barcelona fixture. Other European matches, including Lille versus Galatasaray, were also confirmed to take place. The weekend's protests turned violent, resulting in looting and vandalism across the country. Over 2,000 arrests were made. French Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu instructed prefects to impose localized curfews in affected cities, with details to follow. Nuñez had previously resigned, but Macron urged him to remain in his role to address police needs and ensure transparency regarding the failures that contributed to the unrest. The security situation in Paris is strained due to ongoing student protests, and authorities are deploying significant resources for Tuesday's match.",
