"account": "Recent riots in France have led to a surge of stolen goods appearing for sale on resale websites such as Vinted, according to reports. Screenshots circulating on social media show products like perfumes, designer handbags, cosmetics, and even Pokémon cards being offered at significantly reduced prices compared to their retail value. Suspected stolen merchandise was listed following looting incidents across France, prompting resale websites like Vinted and eBay to take immediate action to identify and remove listings connected to the violence. The listings include Sephora lip glosses selling for as little as €15, Christian Dior perfumes advertised for €250, and Pokémon trading cards allegedly stolen from a shop in Lille. French authorities have arrested over 2,400 people and nearly 1,000 police officers were injured in the unrest, which has sparked demonstrations in cities across France and beyond. Retailers like Carrefour have reported damage to their stores, and Sephora has closed its French stores temporarily following the violence. Vinted and eBay have stated their zero tolerance for the sale of stolen goods, with the latter using technology and collaborating with law enforcement to investigate criminal behavior.",
