"summary": "The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has adjourned its sitting for the second time due to the absence of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) Administrator, whom members consider a show of \"gross disrespect\" to the legislative body. The Committee's Chairperson vowed to write to the Chief of Staff regarding the official's behavior, underscoring the seriousness of the issue. This marks the second consecutive absence of the DACF Administrator, prompting the PAC to take formal action in response to the perceived disrespect.",
