"summary": "A Turkish criminal group, the Daltons, is suspected of involvement in the arson attack on a Starlink satellite communications ground station in Poland on Sept. 23, according to a report by Der Spiegel. The group may have carried out the sabotage at the direction of Russian intelligence services, with two Turkish citizens detained in Germany being linked to the incident. Polish authorities suspect the men of involvement in the fire, which disabled the station and disrupted internet access for various institutions, including the Ukrainian military. The Daltons are known for their dangerous and influential activities, including extortion, racketeering, arms trafficking, and contract killings.",
