"account": "Wyze has introduced a new BodyScan Plus scale that features a visible display, syncs with Google Health and Android Health Connect, and overcomes the longstanding issue of display visibility. The Wyze Scale Ultra BodyScan Plus, part of their \"Wyze Week\" launch, is available from today as part of their lineup. With a name that stretches on and on, this scale offers some impressive features that make it stand out. The Wyze Scale Ultra Bodyscan launched at the end of 2025, with the Plus model being its successor. It comes at a higher price point of $149, but it does provide several useful improvements. Whereas the original model had sensors mounted on a bar for detailed measurements such as muscle mass and more, the display remained at your feet, making it challenging to view those results. The Wyze Scale Ultra Bodyscan Plus rectifies this by placing the display on that bar, ensuring everything is at eye level. Even when just tracking weight, the display stays at your feet, but the bar allows for easier viewing when the additional sensors are in use. Beyond the display upgrade, the scale maintains the same range of metrics, including weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, visceral fat, protein, bone mass, and basal metabolic rate. Notably, the scale functions without any subscription fees or Bluetooth connection to your phone. Instead, it utilizes built-in Wi-Fi to sync with the Wyze app independently, and it can also connect to Google Health, Apple Health, and leverage Android’s Health Connect for integration with other applications. The Wyze Scale Ultra Bodyscan Plus is currently available for $149. Wyze also offers a more budget-friendly scale with comparable tracking capabilities at around $80.",
