"account": "Three fatalities have been reported following severe flooding caused by storm Adam in eastern Spain. The death toll includes two women who tragically died over the weekend in Catalonia and Valencia, and a third individual discovered by the Military Emergency Unit in Oliva, Valencia on Monday. Intense rainfall over the past two to three days led to exceptional flooding, with some areas receiving over 600 liters per square meter of rainfall. Many schools were closed across Valencia and Alicante provinces, and emergency shelters were set up to accommodate displaced residents. Rescue operations were ongoing, with emergency crews and military units working to evacuate those trapped in their homes. Over 800 incidents were reported across the region, and numerous roads remained inaccessible, forcing people to seek safety on rooftops. The flooding in some areas surpassed historical records, particularly in Oliva, where 817 liters per square meter fell in just one hour. The Valencian government ordered residents in 145 municipalities to remain indoors and avoid unnecessary movement, while local authorities urged people to take shelter on upper floors.",
