"account": "The European Union is reportedly planning to hold its March 2027 summit in Rome, ahead of the Italian general election scheduled for the following year. According to an EU official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, preparations for the summit in Rome are already underway. The meeting would be held to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Treaties of Rome in 1957. This move would put Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in the international spotlight during an election year, although no specific date for the ballot has been announced yet. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's leadership would be thrust into the global spotlight ahead of the country's upcoming election. No decision has been made yet, but if approved, such a summit would be a one-time move, as formal European Council summits are typically held in Brussels.",
