The event, filled with celebration and fireworks, honored the construction workers and Jua Kali artisans who played a vital role in developing this KSh5.3 billion estate. The estate, featuring 104 shops, 15 blocks, a kindergarten, playgrounds, green spaces, a clubhouse and a swimming pool, offers a well-planned community where residents can live, work and play. President Ruto emphasized that the project is promoting equity by providing low-income earners with the chance to live in decent housing estates.
