"account": "The Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation (SABECO) and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) announced the launch of the 2026 Ambassadors of National Progress Award on October 16 in Hanoi. This initiative aims to expand the program's reach to all 34 provinces and centrally governed cities, highlighting contributions in emerging fields such as agricultural technology, design, materials, and traditional crafts. Nominations will be accepted from October to December, with 150 candidates advancing to a public voting round, ultimately selecting 15 winners. The award, initially introduced in 2025, will be evaluated based on a 70-30 split between professional evaluation and public votes. SABECO's general director, Lester Tan Teck Chuan, emphasized Vietnam's progress rooted in perseverance, community spirit, and adaptation, while VFF vice chairman Cao Xuan Thao stressed the importance of recognizing contributions from various fields and age groups. The expanded scope aims to increase public visibility for outstanding community contributors and encourage participation from all generations.",
