"account": "A Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) is investigating threats made against Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das, two leaders of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) who are currently detained in judicial custody. Ranka and Das were placed in custody earlier this week amid accusations of breach of peace. Police have reported receiving anonymous threats to release the two detainees. The SEM based in New Delhi lodged an FIR under the criminal intimidation section following the complaint. As of Sunday, the leaders have been held for five consecutive days. CJP spokesperson Ratna Singh claimed that the police are deliberately dragging out the bail process. The SEM suggested that the delays may be due to threats, questioning how they are relevant to the court's proceedings. The police have registered two separate cases, one at Connaught Place and another at Parliament Street, against the group, including Ranka, Das, and Ajinkya Shinde. The group entered the Jantar Mantar, a denotified protest site, by trespassing through private land, allegedly after conducting reconnaissance on Monday night.",
