"account": "Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested a three-way summit in early November with US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping to discuss the Ukraine conflict, according to The Wall Street Journal. The proposal aims to negotiate a peace deal that would benefit Russia, but it has raised concerns in Ukraine and among Western allies due to Ukraine's lack of representation. Putin proposed the idea during a telephone conversation with Trump on October 9, which also led to an agreement on US purchases of Russian diesel fuel. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed that discussions about the meeting were ongoing, though no details about the summit's format or agenda have been finalized. While a senior US official suggested Trump might be open to the proposal, it remains unclear if he has formally agreed to participate. The summit was suggested to coincide with the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Shenzhen, China.",
