"account": "Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested a summit with U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping in the coming month to discuss Ukraine, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal. The proposed meeting, which the source says would aim to negotiate a favorable outcome for Russia in the ongoing conflict, would reportedly exclude Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. According to the WSJ, Putin broached the idea during a phone call with Trump on October 9th. As a result of that conversation, the U.S. agreed to purchase Russian diesel fuel and assist in its sale globally. A Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, confirmed to the WSJ that talks about a potential summit are underway. However, a senior U.S. official told the WSJ that Trump has not yet committed to the proposed meeting. This story was AI-generated and edited by a human.",
