"account": "Atlético Madrid manager Diego Simeone revealed his reasoning behind substituting Ademola Lookman during Saturday’s La Liga win over Espanyol. Lookman entered the match after a recent Champions League win but was replaced by Julián Álvarez at half-time. Simeone stated, “We were looking to manage the minutes, the effort; we needed legs.” The Nigerian striker was unable to finish the game as Simeone adjusted his lineup to counter Espanyol’s resilient defense. Atlético secured the victory with a late goal, and Simeone’s comments emphasized the importance of balancing playing time and energy levels as the team juggles domestic and European commitments. Lookman aims to capitalize on his recent Champions League performance in upcoming matches.",
