"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accused Donald Trump of attempting to force Kyiv to yield to Russia. This accusation comes amid a week-long dispute with the U.S. president. Zelenskyy also put forth a new suggestion to comply with Trump's plea to cease targeting Russian refineries, which aimed to alleviate soaring diesel prices, in return for receiving additional Patriot air-defense missiles. The Ukrainian leader warned that \"my latest model was: We don’t target Russian diesel, you give us missiles for Patriot systems to protect our facilities. But they just want us to stop attacking diesel. And if we strike that, they will disconnect us from something.\"",
"summary": "The Ukrainian leader also offered to accede to Trump's request to stop targeting Russian refineries in exchange for Patriot missile deliveries.",
