"account": "US President Donald Trump temporarily waived sanctions on Russian diesel, allowing large quantities to enter the global markets in an attempt to lower fuel prices before the upcoming US elections. Donald Trump accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky of not wanting to end the war, while defending his decision to waive sanctions on Russia, hoping to keep Russia engaged in peace negotiations. Trump claimed to be in the process of negotiating peace in the Russia-Ukraine conflict and wanted to avoid driving Russia away from the bargaining table. The diesel deal was met with shock by Kyiv and its allies, leading to a feud between Trump and Zelensky. Trump claimed progress was being made in war talks, including current hostage negotiations, and that signing the document would help lower fuel prices. He also criticized Russia for doing little to assist Iran, while emphasizing his desire to keep Russia from supporting the Republican Party in the upcoming election. Trump accused Zelensky of targeting Russian refineries to hurt the United States' diesel market and damage the Democratic Party's chances in the election.",
