"summary": "Ruoning Yin won the 2026 Buick LPGA Shanghai to defend her title and secure her seventh LPGA Tour victory. The 24-year-old finished with an 11-under total, earning back-to-back LPGA Tour wins following her victory at the FM Championship in Boston.\n\nAccording to the New Straits Times, Yin secured a one-stroke victory at the Sheshan Golf Club after carding a final-round four-under-par 68. She overcame overnight leader Choi Hye-jin, who held a two-shot advantage at the start of the final day but fell behind following bogeys on the seventh and eighth holes. The New Straits Times reported that four of Yin's five birdies occurred during her final nine holes, including a birdie on the 17th.\n\nThe Winnipeg Free Press noted that Yin made a four-foot birdie putt on the 16th hole to break a back-nine tie with Choi. South Korea's Amy Yang finished in third place at eight-under, with Japan's Rio Takeda one shot behind.",
