"account": "Two minors, aged 16 and 17, have been detained in Bengaluru for allegedly murdering their 13-year-old neighbor after a petty dispute, according to police reports. The victim, Arafath, a class 7 school dropout, was found dead near Vibhutipura lake on October 12. The murder is believed to have occurred on October 4 after a confrontation near the lake, stemming from an argument over a two-wheeler being blocked. Police allege that the dispute involved Arafath, his brother, and one of the accused, who had a grudge against the boy, repeatedly picking fights with him. On October 4, when Arafath was near Vibhutipura Lake, the minors allegedly waited for him and confronted him, threatening to bring their elder brother to beat them up and attempting to flee. Fearing repercussions, the duo chased Arafath, attacking him with stones, which resulted in his collapse and subsequent death when one of the accused dropped a large stone on his face.",
