"account": "In a recent police operation in Egypt, five individuals were killed during a raid targeting \"highly dangerous criminal elements.\" The Interior Ministry announced that the drugs seized in the raid were worth 155 million Egyptian pounds ($2.9 million), including 42,000 tablets. The five individuals who perished had prior convictions for crimes such as murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking, armed robbery, and firearms offenses. The operation spanned three areas, resulting in the arrest of several additional suspects. Authorities seized 76 parts of weapons alongside the drugs, which included images of three cars and two motorbikes. The drug haul did not specify the exact types of drugs, but Egypt has been actively combating the trade in Captagon, a highly addictive methamphetamine. Notably, Egyptian TV presenter Sarah Khalifa and 11 others received death sentences last month for their roles in manufacturing and trafficking synthetic drugs. Egypt's approach to drug-related offenses includes the death penalty, though executions must adhere to further judicial and legal procedures.",
