"account": "Florida State sophomore running back Ousmane Kromah is expected to miss the remainder of the 2026 season following a severe ankle/foot injury sustained during Saturday's game against Miami. The incident occurred in the second quarter when Kromah was tackled by multiple Miami defenders while making a run. He remained on the ground after the play and was subsequently taken off the field on a stretcher. Kromah required surgery to repair fractures and dislocations to the bones connecting his left foot and ankle, with metal plates and screws used to stabilize the injury. The Seminoles' leading rusher this season, Kromah amassed 609 rushing yards and five touchdowns, placing him among the nation's top performers. Following Kromah's injury, the Seminoles will likely rely on Tre Wisner as their primary ball carrier, with other active runners including Amari Thomas, Zay Parks, and Gavin Markey. The Seminoles enter their bye week with a 3-4 overall record and a 1-3 record in ACC play, providing additional time to adjust to Kromah's absence before their upcoming game against Clemson on Halloween.",
