"account": "In the days leading up to Israel's parliamentary election on October 27, US President Donald Trump endorsed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in a post on Truth Social. Trump lauded Netanyahu as a \"great warrior prime minister, and an even greater partner for peace in combating the Islamic Republic of Iran.\" He emphasized that the United States demands such a partnership from Israel, a nation that has received substantial support from the US. The endorsement arrives as Israel grapples with the aftermath of the October 7 Hamas attack, which sparked war in Gaza and Lebanon. However, Trump acknowledged that if he were to lose his re-election bid, the United States might have to shoulder the burden of military action in Iran alone, a prospect he is not eager to undertake. Despite their close ties, Netanyahu's failure to align with Trump's stance on Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran has led to some friction. The President expressed a lack of trust in politicians in general, but he did not issue an endorsement until after the recent heated phone call where he labeled Netanyahu \"crazy.\"",
