"account": "Cloud security engineers face a daunting challenge when a breach occurs on an internet-facing Kubernetes pod or API gateway. Traditional SIEMs and LLM security copilots struggle to understand the complex relationships between resources, often recommending immediate pod termination or generic knowledge base articles. These solutions fail to address the true nature of cloud environments, which are inherently graph-based. To combat this, we developed TRACEFORGE, an autonomous incident response agent that leverages FalkorDB's graph-based data sensory cortex for real-time incident response.\n\nThe architecture behind TRACEFORGE is built upon FalkorDB's exceptional performance and graph capabilities. Compared to vector RAG and relational databases, FalkorDB offers mathematical reachability and performs 6-hop BFS queries in just 0.3ms, far surpassing the 120ms lock contention of PostgreSQL. We utilized GraphBLAS for efficient graph traversal, enabling us to execute OpenCypher queries to traverse from the compromised container through the cloud mesh and identify the critical path to the crown jewel data store.\n\nOne of TRACEFORGE's core capabilities is surgical choke-point defense, which identifies the single intermediary edge whose removal breaks all reachability to the crown jewel while causing zero collateral damage to benign services. By executing a graph deletion query on the identified policy, we can remediate the attack path with minimal impact on legitimate operations. TRACEFORGE then re-verifies the incident by querying the updated graph to ensure no remaining paths to the compromised data store.\n\nThe agent's findings are persistently stored in FalkorDB Graph Memory, allowing future investigations to leverage historical remediation patterns without compromising LLM context windows. TRACEFORGE's reliance on GraphBLAS and native Redis protocol integration enables ultra-low overhead and rapid query latencies, making it an ideal solution for high-stakes production environments. The live demo and code are available for exploration, showcasing the potential of graph-native autonomous incident response on FalkorDB.",
"summary": "The Blind Spot in Modern AI Security Every cloud security engineer knows this nightmare scenario: a fires on an internet-facing Kubernetes pod or API gateway (payment-ingress-api). In SIEMs and LLM security copilots the agent looks at flat log tables or queries a vector database. It sees an isolated container runtime alert. Recommends either killing the pod or querying generic knowledge base…",
