"summary": "An animal welfare group in Malaysia, Persatuan Haiwan Terbiar Malaysia (SAFM), has called for a probe into alleged sexual abuse involving a cat following the emergence of a video on TikTok. The group has urged the police, the Department of Veterinary Services, and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to investigate the footage and verify the claims, stating that such allegations must be taken seriously and could constitute a grave form of animal abuse under Malaysian law. SAFM has also requested that investigators identify those involved, verify the authenticity of the footage, establish the location of the incident, and secure relevant digital evidence. The group emphasized the importance of effective enforcement to safeguard animal welfare and maintain public confidence in animal protection laws.",
