"account": "In the tragic event at Chor Bagan Durga pandal during the Durga Puja festival in Kolkata, the majority of the 19 victims were women and children. Among the deceased were 13 females, including two minors, and two other deceased were minors, both males. The youngest victims were a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy from Agarpara and Purba Bardhaman, respectively. The oldest victims were 66-year-old Bikash Bhattacharya and 59-year-old Dilip Ghosh. The deceased hailed from various districts, with seven from North 24 Parganas, one from South 24 Parganas, one from Nadia, and two each from Hooghly, Howrah, and Bihar's Muzaffarpur. Eyewitnesses and locals have criticized the lack of adequate crowd management and police deployment, alleging that the pandal's announcement to evacuate led to the stampede.",
