"summary": "On October 16, a she-punk supergroup comprising Lora Logic, Paul Dean, Gina Birch, Hollie Cook, and Akiko Matsuura, along with other acts like Big Joanie, Essential Logic, Gina Birch & The Unreasonables, and HotWax, gathered in London to pay tribute to the late Poly Styrene, a prominent figure in punk music. The event, held at Electric Brixton, featured renditions of key punk anthems such as \"Oh Bondage Up Yours!\" and \"The Day The World Turned Dayglo\" from Poly Styrene's seminal 1978 album Germfree Adolescents, as well as The Slits' \"Typical Girls\" and their cover of \"Heard It Through The Grapevine\" from their influential 1979 album Cut. The night celebrated fifty years of women in punk, honoring the genre's rich history and the enduring legacy of these influential women in the music scene.",
