"account": "Pune is preparing for weekly water cuts as drought conditions grip most of Maharashtra. The city's civic body has initiated a 10% water reduction, with closures every Thursday, while considering a more extensive 20% reduction. The underlying cause is the deficit rainfall this year, which has left the dam stocks at a critical level, forcing authorities to stretch the available water supply until the onset of the monsoon next year.",
