"account": "The Keralam government has established an 'AgriStack Commissionerate' within the State Agriculture department, as part of the implementation of the AgriStack initiative. The Commissioner for AgriStack will be the Director of Agriculture. The AgriStack initiative, a project of the Union Agriculture Ministry under the Digital Agriculture Mission, is designed to create a digital foundation for farmer-centric services, enhance governance efficiency and promote innovation through three core registries: the Farmers Registry, the Crop Sown Registry, and the Geo-referenced Village Maps Registry. The State government announced this move in an order dated October 13. In July, the government also formed a 11-member State AgriStack Data Governance Committee, headed by the Chief Secretary, to manage the critical data related to the farming sector, following guidelines issued by the Union government in September 2025.",
