"account": "President Donald Trump announced during a rally in Highland Heights, Kentucky on October 17 that his administration would invest $100 million in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Winchester, Kentucky. However, Trump conditionally tied the investment to Republicans winning the November 3 midterm elections. Trump stated that the US Department of War would provide the funding, but that the investment would not materialize if Democrats secured victory in the elections. He asserted that Democrats lacked the capability to carry out the project, arguing they \"wouldn't be able to do it\" and \"have no idea\" about how to proceed, as reported by USA Today. Local Republican Andy Barr, currently contesting for the US Senate and representing the district where Winchester resides, was among those who supported Trump's announcement. The Kentucky Governor's Office, in cooperation with GE Appliances and the IUE-CWA union, recently disclosed a separate $1 billion investment to expand Louisville's Appliance Park, projected to establish the largest home appliance manufacturing plant in the United States. During his speech, Trump also extolled other significant industrial investments in Kentucky, including the $1 billion investment by GE Appliances and the IUE-CWA union for the Appliance Park expansion.",
