"summary": "US President Donald Trump blamed immigration for the recent unrest in France, stating in a Truth Social post on Sunday that the immigration of people from different cultural backgrounds has \"shattered\" the country. According to the Jerusalem Post and Daily Post Nigeria, Trump urged French authorities to close their borders and take control to prevent further decline.\n\nThe protests, which have lasted for weeks, involve demonstrations against rising living costs, deteriorating public services, and school conditions. France 24 reports that the nationwide protests damaged approximately 1,500 businesses, resulting in estimated losses of hundreds of millions of euros, and led to the arrest of about 1,800 people on Saturday. The Indian Express notes that more than half a million people have participated in marches as the movement widens.\n\nViolence has escalated across several cities, including clashes between protesters and police. The Jerusalem Post reports that a fire engulfed the city hall in Limoges, while masked individuals vandalized the city hall in Marseille. In Lyon, a tourist office was set on fire, as reported by the Jerusalem Post.",
