"account": "Moscow has announced that deliveries of Russian diesel to the US market will take 15 to 20 days after contracts are finalized, according to a senior Russian official. US President Donald Trump announced the controversial agreement last week, aiming to lower fuel prices for American consumers ahead of the crucial midterm elections on Nov 3. Russian Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Alexander Novak made the statement in an interview with state-run media outlet Vesti, without setting a date for the signing of the contracts. Kremlin's adviser on international economic cooperation Kirill Dmitriev had previously said the contracts would be signed within days. The discontent over rising pump prices since the beginning of the US-Israeli war on Iran has raised concerns about heavy electoral losses for Trump's Republicans in the upcoming election. However, experts believe the diesel accord with Moscow may not significantly impact consumers' wallets, as the US consumes 3.9 million barrels of diesel daily, and the agreement initially concerns only 2.22 million barrels.",
