"account": "Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has strongly condemned threats against Universiti Malaya student Ummi Umairah Bakhit for her remarks during a public forum, stating that disagreement should not lead to intimidation. Fahmi emphasized that students have the right to express their views on matters of public interest, including corruption. He stated that Ummi's comments, which questioned why people were contributing to former Prime Minister Najib Razak's court fine, were within her rights and did not violate any laws or commit criminal offenses. Fahmi urged the public to report cases of cyberbullying to the police and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to help identify offenders and take legal action. The MCMC is investigating suspected online offenses against Ummi, including the use of fake accounts and AI-generated content. Fahmi also noted that the government is reviewing safety measures for WhatsApp users, considering electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) procedures and age verification to combat cyberbullying.",
