"account": "Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil has denounced the cyberbullying and threats targeted at a Universiti Malaya student, Ummi Umairah Bakhit, due to her views expressed at a forum with Umno leaders. Ummi faced backlash on social media when she questioned the request for public donations to aid former Prime Minister Najib Razak in paying a RM50 million court-imposed fine. Fahmi emphasized that differing opinions should not result in harassment or threats, as Ummi's expression of her views is protected under law and does not constitute a criminal offence. He encouraged the public to report instances of cyberbullying to the police and MCMC for proper identification and legal action. Fahmi also backed the Sultan of Malaysia's reminder to maintain proper etiquette in online communications, as online posts can have consequences even through fake accounts.",
