"account": "The Bekwai Circuit Court sentenced Emmanuel Adams, a 23-year-old galamsey operator, and Vincent Aidoo, a 22-year-old okada rider, to 20 years in prison each with hard labor for a motorbike robbery. The incident occurred on October 4, 2026, near Jacobu in the Amansie Central District of the Ashanti Region. The court, presided over by His Honour Isaac Appiatu, handed down the sentences, totaling 40 years. Police Acting Public Affairs Officer, ASP Lloyd Baidoo, informed Adom News correspondent Isaac K. Normanyo that the youth involved should be deterred from such criminal activities, as any arrest for such offenses would result in prosecution and punishment according to the law.",
