"account": "Communication Minister Fahmi Fadzil denounced the bullying and trolling of Universiti Malaya (UM) student Ummi Umairah Bakhit for expressing her opinion at a recent forum. He emphasized that her actions did not break any laws, particularly those related to corruption, and merely expressed her views on a platform where such discussions were encouraged. Fahmi urged all victims of cyberbullying to report incidents to the police and the Communications and Multimedia Malaysia Authority (SKMM) so that the authorities could identify perpetrators and take appropriate legal action. He stressed that SKMM would investigate possible actions and act proactively, rather than waiting for reports. The Communication Minister called upon Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, to remind citizens to maintain good manners in online communication, as improper use of online platforms could have consequences.",
