"account": "NATO fighter jets were deployed on Sunday to track an unidentified flying object suspected to be a drone entering Lithuania's airspace near the Latvian border. According to Lithuanian authorities, the jets did not shoot down the object, which may have detonated on its own. The incident occurred in the Biržai district of northern Lithuania on a Sunday morning, triggered multiple air alerts, and led to investigations by Lithuanian military personnel. The origin of the drone remains unclear, and the incident is part of a series of drone intrusions along NATO's eastern border, many of which are believed to originate from Russia's conflict in Ukraine.",
"summary": "The incident is the latest in a growing series of drone incursions and incidents along NATO's eastern flank, many of which are believed to be spillover from Russia's war in Ukraine.",
