"account": "Athletics founder Jennifer Sey expressed her reaction to fans of the Golden State Valkyries verbally attacking her during Game 1 of the WNBA Finals. Sey, a prominent supporter of Sophie Cunningham's stance against trans athletes in women's sports, attended the game in XX-XY Athletics gear, advocating against trans athletes in women's sports. However, she faced verbal abuse from the fans after security warned her about her clothing choice. In a follow-up video, Sey revealed her shock and expressed her relief at leaving San Francisco, stating that the people were mean to her and causing her PTSD. XX-XY Athletics, Sey's brand, is known for its political stance against trans rights, which led to the fans' negative reaction. Given the high-profile nature of the WNBA Finals and other public figures attending games to promote opposing ideas, more confrontations between fans and athletes are expected in the upcoming games.",
"summary": "XX-XY Athletics founder Jennifer Sey reacted to fans of the Golden State Valkyries verbally attacking her as she sat in attendance for their WNBA Finals Game 1 win against the Atlanta Dream. Sey has been a part of WNBA discourse all summer, sharing strong support for Sophie Cunningham’s take against trans athletes competing in women’s sports.",
