"summary": "A scrap vehicle being towed on the Chennai-Bengaluru National Highway in Vellore caught fire when its tyres came into contact with the metal frame of the towing vehicle, resulting in a blaze that engulfed the scrap SUV. The 42-year-old driver, K. Murugan, managed to disconnect his vehicle from the scrap SUV before the fire spread, avoiding injury. Local residents alerted fire services, which brought the fire under control after nearly an hour. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m., with no significant impact on traffic due to the low volume of vehicles on the road at the time. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.",
