"summary": "President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated Saturday that President Donald Trump's decision to waive US sanctions and tariffs on Russia rewards Vladimir Putin and will lead to further Russian aggression. According to Channel News Asia, the executive order issued Friday night waived key sanctions and tariffs, such as duties on Russian goods and penalties for purchasing its oil and gas, which were scheduled to take effect next week under the Graham Act. Trump stated the waiver was in the national interest of the United States.\n\nSeparately, Zelenskyy warned that Russia may use Belarus to increase missile and drone attacks against western Ukraine. The Kyiv Independent reports that Zelenskyy believes Putin requires the support of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko to station additional ballistic missiles in Belarus. Ukraine's State Border Guard Service spokesperson Andrii Demchenko has reported that equipment in Belarus helps relay or amplify signals for Russian Shahed and Geran drones targeting western Ukraine and the Polish border region.",
