"summary": "The WNBA is experiencing skyrocketing popularity and a significant presence on social media, representing an accumulation of what many in women's sports spaces have envisioned for years, according to The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age.\n\nSeparately, ABC News AU reports that more than 100 women told Four Corners they lost employment after becoming pregnant or having a child. These cases include employees at Australia's largest companies and nearly a quarter of those surveyed worked in the public sector.\n\nAbby McCawley, a rental property manager in Melbourne, told ABC News AU that she was terminated by her boss after returning to her desk following two days off for morning sickness. McCawley stated she had received no warnings regarding her performance and believed the dismissal was due to her pregnancy.",
