"summary": "The Oyo State Police Command has refuted claims made in a viral video showing a man being arrested in Ibadan, stating that the individual was suspected of involvement in cult-related activities. The command's statement, made in response to a user's post on X, clarified that the arrest was carried out by the Anti-Cultism Unit and that the video was recorded by a passerby, possibly unaware of the circumstances. The command emphasized its commitment to maintaining professionalism and adherence to the law, inviting the public to report any instances of misconduct.",
