"account": "The Oyo State Police Command has denied allegations of misconduct over a viral video showing a man being arrested in Ibadan. According to the command, the individual in the video was suspected of involvement in cult-related activities and was arrested by operatives of the Anti-Cultism Unit. The video, which appeared to have been recorded by a passerby, showed the suspect being apprehended by officers of the Anti-Cultism Unit. The police also clarified that the audio in the footage reflected the uncertainty surrounding the incident, as it was heard asking what the individual had done. The user who shared the video claimed that the arrest took place near Danax, close to Adamasingba, and that the police unit was known as Anti Squad Mangarawa. However, the police command stated that there is no police squad officially known by that name, and that the Magara area formation is the Anti-Cultism Unit responsible for combating cultism and other related vices. The command emphasized its commitment to protecting law-abiding residents, preventing crime, and ensuring that all police operations are conducted professionally and in accordance with the law. They also invited the public to report any specific cases of police misconduct.",
