"account": "Trillium College, an Ontario career college with locations in St. Catharines, Kingston, Oshawa, Sudbury, and Cobourg, has temporarily suspended its academic operations following a province-wide pause on student financial assistance for private post-secondary institutions. Trillium College informed students on Friday that it has paused both in-person and online instruction. This decision follows Colleges and Universities Minister Nolan Quinn's announcement earlier in the month that Ontario Student Assistance Program payments to career colleges and other private post-secondary institutions are currently halted while an audit is being conducted. Career Colleges Ontario had previously warned the government about potential issues with OSAP usage at certain colleges, and Quinn's office claims evidence of \"systemic issues\" has emerged. While Quinn has not identified specific colleges suspected of wrongdoing, Trillium College's temporary suspension is deemed necessary as continuing normal classroom operations without a viable funding solution could jeopardize the orderly completion of student programs.",
