"account": "Florida's backup quarterback, Tramell Jones Jr., will take the starting position against the Texas Longhorns in Saturday's game at Austin. This marks Jones' first career start, as the Gators plan to start him in their Week 7 SEC matchup. Texas, currently at 4-1 with a 1-1 SEC record, aims to bounce back from a season-low 27-point loss to Oklahoma in Dallas. Jones, a sophomore, has 64 career pass attempts, four touchdowns, and two interceptions in seven games. He transferred to Florida in 2025 from Jacksonville and has played in four SEC games against Kentucky, Ole Miss, Missouri, and South Carolina. Back-up quarterback Aaron Philo, the starter previously, will not start due to a shoulder injury sustained in last week's loss to South Carolina. The Gators are waiting to confirm the status of Vernell Brown III, who missed the last two games with a knee injury and is currently listed as questionable for Saturday's game. Texas, seeking their 24th home win in their last 25, will be looking to secure their 24th win in 25 home games at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.",
