"account": "Everton suffered a first defeat of the season, falling 2-0 to Chelsea at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, despite goalkeeper Emi Martínez missing the match due to a head injury. Pedro Neto scored both goals, with the first coming in the second half and the second in added time following lengthy treatment for Martínez, who was involved in a head clash with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite and was taken to the hospital. Chelsea's manager, Xabi Alonso, expressed his relief, stating that the clean sheet was their first in 23 Premier League games. He praised his team's professionalism and solid performance, emphasizing the importance of securing more clean sheets going forward. Everton manager David Moyes acknowledged Chelsea's flair and ability, while acknowledging the impact of Martínez's injury on his team's performance.",
