"account": "Pedro Neto scored twice, sealing Chelsea's first win of the season as they defeated Everton 2-0 in the Hill Dickinson Stadium. However, the match was marred by a head injury to Everton goalkeeper Emi Martinez, who was taken to the hospital after a collision with Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite. Despite Martinez's absence, Chelsea managed to record their first clean sheet in 23 Premier League games. Manager Xabi Alonso praised his team's professional and serious approach, stating they played \"very solid\" and deserved the victory. The win moved Chelsea above Everton into the top four.",
