"account": "Egypt's parliament is set to convene an emergency session on Sunday, following President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi's request for authorization to assist Saudi Arabia in defending against any potential threats. The House of Representatives, under the leadership of Counsellor Hisham Badawy, will convene the session at the behest of el-Sisi's call, according to Al-Ahram newspaper.\n\nDuring a graduation ceremony at the Egyptian Military Academy on Saturday, el-Sisi emphasized Egypt's willingness to take any necessary measures to defend Saudi Arabia, should it be requested. He further stated that the nation would act in line with the guidance provided by Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman had met with el-Sisi on September 15, following the escalation of fighting in Yemen, to discuss matters such as security and navigation in the Red Sea.\n\nEl-Sisi reiterated the need for parliamentary approval, stating that he seeks an emergency session to obtain the necessary authorization should Egypt be called upon to support Saudi Arabia. Following the president's remarks, parliament announced its intention to hold a plenary session on Sunday, though the agenda for the session has not been disclosed.",
