"account": "Seven masked settlers allegedly targeted Palestinian olive harvesters near the West Bank town of Taybeh on Saturday, with European diplomats, including French, Belgian, and Polish envoys, present, according to an Army Radio report. French diplomats, including the French consul in Jerusalem, and members from Belgium and Poland were on the scene when the settlers smashed a Belgian consulate vehicle window. Police have launched an investigation into the incident, with details forwarded to the Foreign Ministry. A witness recounted how the settlers blocked and surrounded the consulate vehicle, demanding their identification cards. The witness attempted to update the army in real-time, but there was no response. The West Bank's heightened tensions surrounding the Palestinian olive harvest in October have fueled these events. The IDF completed preparations for the harvest earlier this month, amid concerns over nationalist violence and clashes between Palestinians and settlers. The Israel Police opened an investigation into the diplomat attack, following footage showing the assault. Israel Police condemns all forms of violence and vows to pursue those responsible until justice is served. The IDF is set to bolster its West Bank division with more combat troops due to the rising violence. Another victim of the violence is Washington Post photographer Heidi Levine, who was wounded during the olive harvest on Friday. Beilinson Hospital reports that Levine is in moderate condition after undergoing surgery for leg injuries.",
