"account": "The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, addressed Christian denominations in the country, urging them to maintain unity. At the 50th anniversary celebration of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Abuja, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, CAN's president, called for the Federal Government to protect citizens, respect the Constitution, and account for public resources. The theme of the event, \"Walking Together in Faith,\" reflected Jesus' prayer for unity among believers, as cited by both Tinubu and Okoh. Tinubu congratulated CAN on its service to God and humanity, emphasizing the biblical passages John 17:21–22 and Ephesians 4:4–6, which highlight the importance of unity among Christians. Okoh urged the Church to adopt a more informed, courageous, and evidence-based approach to national issues while holding leaders accountable without turning interventions into partisan attacks. He also identified those whom the Church must defend, including internally displaced persons, children denied education, unemployed young people, rural farmers, women facing violence, and victims of human trafficking.",
